How long will my order take?
Orders
are shipped as fast as possible. Some products lines are ready made and
ship out immediately, others are custom made. You can expect a two week
wait. Most items our made to specs.

payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We use
paypal as it
is very secure.

I need to return an item, what do I do?
Email or phone for Return Authorization number
prior to shipping
If
you wish to exchange for a different doorchime you may. All
you have to pay is the shipping expenses both ways. All
exchanges
must be done within 15 days. We do not accept
returns past that time. Custom sizes are not returnable.
We do not refund shipping and
handling fees. Please note we do charge a 20% restocking fee
on all returns.
Warranty
...
We do not warranty the colors
of the wood to match the photos exactly as hardwoods vary in shade and
darkness.
Cutting board images
are examples of our many designs we have made. All boards are
unique in the design.
Please be sure of your
measurements for pullouts (length x width x depth). If
possible
please email a pdf of
your desired pullout or a photo. We can no longer at our expense remake
a board due to incorrect measurements from customer. Special ordered
sizes are not returnable as we cannot resell a special size design.
We use paypal cart for security
reasons..they do not
charge you a fee or ask you to register.. We use the paypal chopping
cart we find it to be a very secure way of paying you are paying
directly thru paypal which encripts all transactions You can check
their certificate by clicking on the padlock at the bottom of the
payment page.
