How long will my order take?
Orders are shipped as fast as possible. Some products lines are ready made and ship out immediately, others are custom made.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We use paypal as it is very secure and we don't have to process.

You may fax your order and credit card information. We must be aware a faxed order in coming in so we may watch for it. You may call anytime for information about our designs and to notify of a pending mail order, so we may hold your item.

I need to return an item, what do I do?

warranty ... we will repair for one full year any defect due to our errors..all you pay is shipping to us and return shipping to you.. We do not warrenty the colors of the wood to match the photos exactly as hardwoods vary in shade and darkness. Cutting board photos are examples of our work. Please be sure of your measurements. length x width x depth If possible please email a pdf of your desired pullout or a photo. We can no longer at our expense remake a board from the wrong measurements. We will accomodate and redo but at your shipping expense plus our time to remake. If you are not happy with your purchase we will give you a credit towards another item. Or if you really don't like the design please let us know and you may return within 10 days of purchase all you pay is shipping to us. We will refund minus shipping and handling fees. You may exchange for a new item all you pay is the shipping of the item
Do I pay a restocking FEE? yes in some cases. Please measure carefully. Special orders are only returnable if we can resell minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping. If we cannot resell please email us with the problem and we can discuss it.
We use paypal cart for security reasons..they do not charge you a fee or ask you to register.. We use the paypal chopping cart we find it to be a very secure way of paying you are paying directly thru paypal which encripts all transactions You can check their certificate by clicking on the padlock at the bottom of the payment page.
